How to become our student?

Step 1: Choose your program

If you already know which program to apply for, then registration is quick and easy. If you are not sure which program to choose, please check our educational offer.

Step 2: register online

Register online to create your personal account on our Admissions Platform. After activating your account please fill all the required fields with your personal information.

Step 3: Pay your application and tuition fees

Once you have activated your personal account you will be able to download the invoice from the "Important information" section. Please pay the full amount as stated on your invoice using invoice number as your payment reference.

Step 4: Submit your documents

Submit your original documents or notarized copies of the original documents or copies attested  by Polish Consulate abroad to our Admissions Office. Check out the list of documents which you need to submit to apply for a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree Program below.

Step: 5 Apply for your visa

Lazarski University’s Admissions Team will verify your documents. After your payment has been confirmed and a positive decision is made regarding your application, you will receive the necessary documents for your visa application.

Final step: Become our student

Welcome to Lazarski University! Please remember that is very important that you bring the original versions of your documents to us.

Required documents

  • A passport-style photo (3.5 x 4.5) uploaded into your personal account. 
  • Application Form - printed out from candidate’s personal account in colour and signed. 
  • Passport – to confirm and verify your personal data. 
  • Original High School Diploma/Certificate legalized in Polish Embassy or apostilled,
  • Sworn translation of High School Diploma/Certificate (if needed).
  • Eligibility statement or no-objection letter, stating that the obtained High School Diploma/Certificate entitles candidate to proceed to a higher education level in the country where the diploma/certificate was issued.
  • Language certificate proving the level of language of your instruction is at least B2 (or positive result of skype interview).
  • Payment confirmation of registration fee and first semester tuition fee.
  • NFZ Health Insurance (Polish National Health Fund) purchased immediately upon arrival.

  • Original Bachelor’s Diploma with transcript legalized in Polish Embassy or apostilled,
  • Sworn translation of Bachelor’s Diploma and transcript (if needed).
  • Language certificate proving the level of language of your instruction is at least B2 (or positive result of skype interview).
  • Payment confirmation of registration fee and first semester tuition fee.
  • NFZ Health Insurance (Polish National Health Fund) purchased immediately upon arrival.

Step 1: Choose your course

Step 2: Register online

Register online through our simple electronic system for language courses. 

Step 3: Pay your application and tuition fees

Once you have registered for your prefered course online you will be able to log into your personal account and download a proper invoice. Please pay the full amount as stated on your invoice using invoice number as payment reference.

Step 4: Contact us and apply for your visa

Send us a scan of your health or travel insurance, passport and confirmation of payment to recruitment@lazarski.edu.pl. Please do not forget to provide your registration number as an e-mail subject. Once we have received your payment and the aforementioned documents, you will receive your acceptance letter to apply for visa.

Final step: Start your language course

Once you arrive in Warsaw please visit our Admissions Office (Sector F, room 63a, ground floor) for further instructions. We recommend you arrive in Warsaw few days earlier to settle down and get more comfortable before the start of your course.
