How to become our student?

Required documents

  • A passport-style photo (3.5 x 4.5) uploaded into your personal account. 
  • Application Form - printed out from candidate’s personal account in colour and signed. 
  • Passport – to confirm and verify your personal data. 
  • Original High School Diploma/Certificate legalized in Polish Embassy or apostilled,
  • Sworn translation of High School Diploma/Certificate (if needed).
  • Eligibility statement or no-objection letter, stating that the obtained High School Diploma/Certificate entitles candidate to proceed to a higher education level in the country where the diploma/certificate was issued.
  • Language certificate proving the level of language of your instruction is at least B2 (or positive result of skype interview).
  • Payment confirmation of registration fee and first semester tuition fee.
  • Health or travel insurance covering at least first year of your studies.

How to become our student?

Step 1: Choose your program

If you already know which program to apply for, then registration is quick and easy. If you are not sure which program to choose, please consult our educational offers.

Step 2: register online

Register online to create your personal account on our Admissions Platform. After activating your account please fill all the required fields with your personal information.

Step 3: Pay your application and tuition fees

Once you have activated your personal account you will be able to download the invoice from the "Imported information" section. Please pay the full amount as stated on your invoice using invoice number as your reference.

Step 4: Submit your documents

Submit your original documents or notarized copies of the original documents or copies attested  by Polish Consulate abroad to our Admissions Office. Check out the list of documents which you need to submit to apply for a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Program below.

Step: 5 Apply for your visa

Lazarski University’s Admissions Team will verify your documents. After your payment has been confirmed and a positive decision is made regarding your application, you will receive the necessary documents for your visa application.

 

 

Final step: Become our student

Welcome to Lazarski University! Please remember that is very important that you bring the original versions of your documents to us.

Required documents for Master’s Degree Program Applications:

  • A passport-style photo (3.5 x 4.5) uploaded into your personal account.

  • Original Bachelor’s Diploma with transcript legalized in Polish Embassy or apostilled,
  • Sworn translation of Bachelor’s Diploma and transcript (if needed).
  • Language certificate proving the level of language of your instruction is at least B2 (or positive result of skype interview).
  • Payment confirmation of registration fee and first semester tuition fee.
  • Health or travel insurance covering at least first year of your studies.country.

Preparatory courses

Step 1: Choose your course

If you already know which course to apply for, then registration is quick and easy. If you are not sure which program to choose, please consult our language course offers.

Step 2: Register online

Register online through our simple electronic system for language courses. 

Step 3: Pay your application and tuition fees

Once you have registered for your program online you will receive an invoice automatically. Please pay the full amount as stated on your invoice using invoice number as your reference.

Step 4: Contact us and apply for your visa

Scan and forward your passport and confirmation of payment to recruitment@lazarski.edu.pl with your registration number and nationality as the subject line. Once we have received your payment, you will receive the necessary documents for your visa application.

Final step: Start your language course

Once you arrive in Warsaw you can go directly to the Language Department (Room 132, Sector D, 2nd Floor), register, and start your language course. We recommend you arrive in Warsaw one day earlier to settle down and get more comfortable before the start of your course.
