The specialization enables the acquisition of specialist knowledge and skills in the field of project management with the use of IT systems, including the MS Project program. The student will learn how to adapt the management methodology to the requirements of the organization and project, skillfully assess the effectiveness and financing of the project, and how to solve problems in project management. Additionally, as part of the specialization, there is a preparation repetition for the certified exam.
Choosing the specialty of 'Project management':
- you will gain knowledge from practitioners with IPMA / SPMP and SAP Project Quality Manager industry certificates,
- you will gain an important skill in managing stakeholders and the project environment,
- you will learn to use the latest project management tools in an advanced way,
- you will learn how to manage large strategic projects,
- you have the chance to prepare for the exam and earn the Prince2 Industry Certification.
